Who are we?
We are specialized in supporting insurance companies. We bring deep sector expertise to our clients. Our founder is Frédéric Boulanger, a senior executive with 30 years of successful and international experience in insurance industry. Systemic Transformation is established as a simplified joint-stock company.
Our Story
I founded Systemic Transformation in 2025 to leverage my insurance experience to create positive change by financing NGOs and helping engaged insurers:
- For several decades I have supported organizations dedicated to ecological, social and democratic transitions. When I left corporate sector end 2020, I began volunteering and joined the board of various NGOs. I realized that while passion and dedication of individual is vital, alone it is not enough to make a better society happen. Securing adequate financial resources is also crucial.
- Insurers have a key role to play in contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Developpement Goals given their care toward people and property and their strong foundation in mutualization and solidarity.
Our Purpose & Commitments
We act for a fairer, more ecological, and more democratic society. We support for purpose organizations that uphold these values. We are committed to:

We only support insurers engaged in ecological and social transition.
2.
We donate a minimum of 20% of our profits to non-governmental organizations.
3.
Invest at least 50% of our profits in the social and solidarity economy.
Our Missions
We help insurers with greenfield projects, transformation initiatives and business turnarounds projects. We work to:

We want to support your organization to develop and to grow internal capabilities. We transfer skills and knowledge within your organization and when our work together is finished your organization is better equipped than it was before. We don’t want you to be depended on us.
