Values-Driven Leadership for Systemic Change
Values: justice and general interest
Over the past few decades, I have supported organizations dedicated to ecological, social and democratic transition. After leaving the insurance industry at the end of 2020, I began volunteering and joined the boards of various NGOs. This experience reinforced my belief that, while individual passion and dedication are indispensable, to build a better world, robust financial backing are also required.
In 2025, I decided to leverage my 30 years of successful international experience in various position in the insurance industry to financially support NGOs and founded Systemic Transformation in Insurance, which is committed to donating at least 20% of its profits to NGOs and to invest at least 50% into the social and solidarity economy.
Operating system: overcome challenges
